Tie-down Chains

Tie-down chain with grab hook each end.

  Grade70 transport chain is available in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" sizes. ​

The working load limit for each size is as follows:

  • 1/4" = 3,150lbs. / 1,428kgs.

  • 5/16" = 4,700lbs. / 2,131kgs.

  • 3/8" = 6,600lbs. / 2,993kgs.

  • 1/2" = 11,300lbs. / 5,125kgs.

  • 5/8" = 15,800lbs. / 7,166kgs

  • Meets BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure regulations.

  • Do NOT use a cheater bar on handles for more leverage.

QuikBinder PLUS™

       The QuikBinder PLUS™ is a ratchet binder like nothing you've seen before. Its unique vinyl coated barrel on the free spin gear gives you a firm grip so you can take up as much slack on the chain as possible before ratcheting into final position. Quickly switch from extension, to take-up, or use the free spin mode for fast adjustment in either direction. Its patented folding handle lets you quickly secure the load, and then tuck the handle out of the way from any potential snag. When the load is secure, be sure to use the QuikBinder Lock to ensure the safety of your cargo and protect against tampering.

Hooks

Grade 70 clevis grab and slip hooks can be used with Gr70 Chain as well as Grade 30 and 40 grades.

 

  • Forged from a heat treated carbon steel.

  • Yellow dichromate finish. 

  • NOT to be used for lifting or hoisting applications.

  • Size, Grade and Forged embossed on each hook.

  • Available in sizes 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" 1/2".

  • 5/8" are special order.
